Legal
Terms
Effective 7 November 2026
These terms cover joshgarcia.dev and the game licenses sold on it. Consulting work is governed by the written agreement signed for it, not by these terms.
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and AlgoForgeX LLC, a Texas limited liability company, whose registered postal address is 13423 Blanco Road, San Antonio, TX 78216, USA. When you buy a game license, the agreement is with the same company.
Game licenses
These are the terms of every game license bought on this site. You accept them when you pay, on the payment page, and the version you accepted is recorded with your purchase.
What a license is
A game license lets you play the full version of one game in your own browsers. It is registered to the email address you buy with, and it comes as a license code you enter in the game.
A license is for one person, is not transferable and does not expire.
A license works in up to 5 new browsers in any 30 days. A browser the license has already unlocked keeps working and is not counted again.
What a license is not
A license is permission to play; it does not make you the owner of the game or of any copy of it. You may not sell, rent or give away a license or its code. There is no account to sign in to: your code, and the email address it is registered to, are how you keep and recover your license.
The trial
Where a game has a free trial, the game and its page here say what the trial includes. The trial needs no payment details and never turns into a charge on its own.
Price and tax
The price is shown in US dollars on the buy page before you pay. Sales tax is added where the law requires it and is shown on the payment page before you pay. Payment is by card, taken by Stripe on its own page, and you pay once: there is no subscription.
Refunds
You can have a refund for any reason within 14 days of buying; your license ends when the refund is made.
To ask for one, write to help@algoforgex.com from the address your license is registered to. The refund goes back to the card you paid with. If a payment is disputed with your bank, the license stops working while the dispute is open, and works again if the dispute is decided in our favor.
Buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom
We do not sell game licenses to buyers in the European Union or the United Kingdom yet. If you choose one of those countries on the buy page, it says: "We do not sell this game in your country yet. Nothing has been charged." and offers no payment. When we start selling there, this section will set out your right to withdraw from a purchase, and the effective date at the top of this page will change.
The game may change
Each game is a service we host on the web and keep working on. We may fix it, change it, add to it or take parts of it away, and what its trial includes may change. A license is for the game as we offer it, not for any one version of it.
Acceptable use
Keep your license code to yourself. Do not share it, publish it or sell it, and do not try to get around the license check or the limit on new browsers. If a code is shared, we may replace it or end the license.
Warranties and liability
The games and this site are provided as they are. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error free, or that a game's saved progress, which your browser keeps, will never be lost.
We are not liable to you for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability to you for a game license is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and the courts of Texas, USA.
Changes to these terms
The effective date at the top of this page changes whenever these terms do. A purchase is governed by the version you accepted when you paid.
